How soon should I contact Thee Balloon Shoppe (TBS) for an install/order?

The short answer; as soon as possible. However, we require a minimum of 2 weeks for installs. With the uncertainty of shipping times due to COVID-19 the sooner the better to ensure that we are able to get the desired materials. A surcharge will be added to last minute orders, if we are able to accommodate them.

Does TBS deliver?

We deliver locally, in Las Vegas, NV for a fee. DIY Kits can be shipped anywhere in the United States of America.

Can TBS inflate balloons I have?

Unfortunately, we do not inflate or work with balloons provided by clients. All of our services include premium balloons that we have tested for the best durability and styling options.

Does TBS require a deposit?

Yes, all install requests are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. If for any reason the event is rescheduled, we can apply the deposit to a future booking within 3 months.

What is a DIY Garland Kit?

The DIY Kits are all the tools you need to create a beautiful balloon garland YOURSELF! The kit comes with premium latex balloons, balloon tape, and glue dots! You can even go the extra mile and get a custom kit to pick your own colors!

Can TBS customize balloons?

Yes! We can customize balloons! The sky is the limit, give us your ideas and we will work together to make it happen!
